I went to Westwood today. This is an open space that could use some Tenant Improvement. I sometimes prefer the raw space to finished space. There was some great light coming into this space.

My friend, Katy, did this over a year ago, and I wanted to try it. It seems like a crazy endeavor but I'm up for the challenge. Life is strange: when I started this I was employed, and now I'm not.
