You can take the girl out of New Mexico, but you can't take New Mexico out of the girl.We had crackers with brie and green chili tonight. For some reason that sounded like a good combination, and it was delicious! I highly recommend it.

nope, it's Green Chili, a spicy chili native to New Mexico...Looks like Anaheim, but spicier!! I'll have to treat you to a dish the next time you're in LA. :)
